Kelly Lee is a native of Clearwater Beach and graduates from the University of Florida; she is an avid tennis player, golfer and has spent a lifetime boating on Florida waterways. She is a generous contributor and a dedicated alumna of the 2014 Leadership St. Pete class through the Chamber of Commerce, 2016 District 6 Leadership Institute through her REALTOR® Association. 2021 Appointed to NAR, Florida Realtor, Real Estate Business Institute Committees, and her local Pinellas Realtor Association appointed her liaison to Representative Linda Cheney District 69 and Realtors Political Action Committee serving her fellow Realtors. Kelly Lee is also a social member of the Vinoy Renaissance Resort & Golf Club, St. Petersburg Yacht Club, and the St. Petersburg Country Club. A staunch supporter of her community organizations, Kelly Lee, is a notable board member of the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance and a volunteer with Infinity aiding abused children and adults.

She is married to Jack Rice Jr, second-generation owner of Jack Rice Insurance, and she also has a daughter, Chloe, who lives in Shanghai, China. Her daughter Chloe accompanied her on a Southeastern Asian Real Estate Trade Mission through the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) and then completed her last semester of Graduate School at Fudan University in Shanghai and is now working in the biotech industry in charge of American Business Development in downtown Shanghai. This global experience has continued in many overseas Asian travels, as she and Jack love exploring and adventure traveling, even honeymooning on an African Safari. Her prior Thanksgivings included understanding Shinto, the indigenous faith of the Japanese people in Japan, then touring temples in Korea, and a rendezvous in Vietnam for New Year’s with Chloe. A couple of her memorable traveling experiences include renting a home in Positano, Italy, blending in with the locals, sailing over to the Isle of Capri, scuba diving in the Dominican Republic, and Dove Hunting in Argentina, and captaining their yacht to Cuba, staying at the Hemingway Marina and always meeting Real Estate Agents worldwide, including during the races in Monaco, France. The gift of participating in the real estate trade missions, learning global real estate practices worldwide, pricing in different countries and areas, then bringing those experiences back to the classroom and our sellers.

She began her real estate journey in 2003, working as an Accredited Staging Professional Master with “Stagedhomes.com.” Kelly Lee later became a trainer and speaker in the Florida marketplace, introducing Home Staging to a growing market of Realtors and sellers. She then acquired her Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Instructor licenses in 2004 and 2006, respectively, awarding continuing education hours to fellow Realtors pursuing the “Accredited Staging Professional” Accreditation. With the “ASP,” Accreditation came forming Chapters of Professional Home Stagers across Florida, educating the public on how Home Staging helps sell a home faster for more money, banding these uniquely talented professionals together to further their careers.

After almost two decades in the real estate business Kelly Lee has been honored with many awards as a top-ranking associate for both listing and sales, yet firmly believes in continuing her education to stay current in real estate trends and global shifts, and now is accredited by National Association of Realtors (NAR), Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) Florida Realtors and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Institute as a Real Estate Instructor. She is ardent teaching best international real estate practices domestically and globally, supporting Realtors® worldwide in a global network “The International Connector.” She shares NAR Resources’ benefits and the CIPS Designation to market and reaches global buyers and sellers, closing these transactions by understanding world cultures and teaching REALTORS® how to do international real estate.
